	EXTERIOR
	THE PINK MOMENT Perched up in a hillside oak grove, our home has sweeping views of the entire east end of Ojai Valley and the full range of mountains. The porch and pool deck are particularly perfect spots for watching the growing glow of the sunset as it transforms the mountains into vibrant hues of pink.
	THE PORCH The Porch, with its array of wicker furniture, café tables and chairs, functions as a delightful “outdoor” living room, with a wonderful view of the valley and surrounding mountains.
	LIVING ROOM The main house has three bedrooms and two baths, two fireplaces, (one in the master bedroom) a great, screened porch that is like an outdoor living room, den and kitchen. The living and dining areas, separated by a freestanding rock fireplace, have stylish and comfortable furnishings, planked hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and walls of windows that bring the outdoors in.
	THE STUDY The study has a charming collection of designer and vintage mid-century furnishings, in keeping with the history of the house, and a second TV.
	MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom opens to the screened porch, and has its own fireplace. There is a cozy king sized brass bed with fine linens, down comforter and pillows, private bath, cable TV and lots of closet space. The windows on three sides offer lovely views. The rocker is perfect for reading by the fire. The private, adjoining bath has twin sinks and shower.
	CORNER BEDROOM This room, with many windows, looks out on garden and has changing light throughout the day. The bed is king sized, with white iron headboard, fine linens, down comforter and pillows.
	THIRD BEDROOM Cozy and peaceful, the room has a double size antique sleigh bed, with fine linens and down comforter. There is also a white wicker dresser.
	KITCHEN The kitchen and laundry areas are light-filled from the sizeable skylight, fully furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, built-in ovens, stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, side by side refrigerator/freezer, vintage tile, and Mexican paver floors.
	THE GUEST HOUSE The Guest House is currently rented and not available. It is a large studio, with galley kitchen and three quarter bath with shower. It has its own private screened porch, and a view across the pool to the Ojai Valley.
