The entire house is wood paneled, with high ceilings. There is a central heat and air conditioning system.
There are many fruit trees, lovely gardens, and the best view in town of Ojai’s famous “Pink Moment”.
Just over two miles from the center of Ojai, it is an easy trip to anywhere in town, with a very special feeling of privacy, beauty and peace.
Included are local telephone calling, cable TV with dozens of stations plus HBO, linens, kitchen equipment, dishes and flatware, paper products.
The pool is solar heated. The house can sleep six.
